This policy describes how NOV-ICT uses personal data when you contact me or use my IT services.

Data and purposes

I process names, business contact details, correspondence, quotations, invoices and information required to provide IT services. Technical support may require access to configurations and logs. The legal grounds may include performance of a contract, legal obligations and legitimate interests such as security and responding to enquiries.

Administration through Jortt

Customer, supplier, invoice and payment details are processed in Jortt for bookkeeping. Jortt acts as a data processor under its data processing agreement. Financial records are generally retained for at least seven years where legally required.

Payment links via Mollie

When paying through a Mollie payment link, Mollie may process payment and transaction information. See the Mollie privacy policy.

Website and cookies

This static website does not embed analytics or marketing cookies. Web servers and reverse proxies may log technical information such as IP addresses for security and troubleshooting. Actual retention depends on the configured log rotation.

Disclosure, security and your rights

Relevant service providers may receive information only as needed for the services involved. I use appropriate security measures and retain personal data only as needed or legally required. You may request access, rectification or erasure, object to processing and exercise other GDPR rights where applicable by emailing wessel@nov-ict.nl. You may complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
