Terms and conditions

These terms provide an English explanation of the terms for IT services provided by NOV-ICT. The Dutch version is the reference document; in case of a discrepancy the Dutch text takes precedence, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Provider and scope

NOV-ICT, De Maalstroom 2, 8255 RN Swifterbant, Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce 72324198; VAT ID NL002412803B42. Services may include IT advice, implementation, systems administration, hosting and support. The scope is agreed in writing, generally through a quotation.

Quotations and payment

Pricing is agreed per quotation. VAT and recurring charges will be identified in the quotation. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within 14 days of invoice date by bank transfer or, when provided, a Mollie payment link. NOV-ICT uses Jortt for bookkeeping and invoicing.

Customer cooperation and service

The client provides necessary information and lawful access. Delivery dates, service levels, backups, hosting, licensing and third-party costs are governed by the applicable quotation and service agreements. No specific availability or backup guarantee is implied unless expressly agreed.

Liability and disputes

Liability, termination and warranty provisions are governed by the full Dutch terms and mandatory applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
